i went out boating today for the first time in years, and i couldnt resist blasting 'im on a boat' once we anchor'd

The approach (or what the drawing ended up to look like, if this was more streamed down to the paper in technique) really reminds me of the classic Illustrations of the RENE GRUAU school of Illustrations for fashion magazines and gazettes with the informative text worked into the drawing. Lines that look fluid and loose and colors that are not ashamed to look painted and show their brushstrokes.

I also dig the pattern-like structure of it. Gotta keep this short - Back to work for me now.
