I completely agree with Watts and Kali/Sam about things that have been said.
Having a pet is incredibly great, taking Charlie out for a run or just playing fetch in the park is really rewarding. Thank goodness he isn't lazy.
And I dig what Watts says about music-substitution. Recently, I got hooked on audiobooks. It's really great, I lose track of time easily while I draw--but it's like, the ultimate feeling of productivity.
Cooking meals is also therapeutic. I even like washing dishes by hand afterward.
SO REWARDING.
